All our workshops are tailored specifically for parents of neurodivergent young people. Most of the parents Doctor Jo works with have experienced services that simply don't meet the needs of their child. Not here, Doctor Jo is for neurodivergent young people.
Available whenever you need it, Doctor Jo is on a mission to provide expert and compassionate psychological support. Each workshop is broken down into manageable sections and you can rewatch as many times as you need to.
Doctor Jo will provide a 45 minute live workshop once a month with brand new content, with 45 minutes of Q&A. Ask what you need to, whether it is confirming your understanding of our existing workshops or exploring the new topic.
Helping others understand what is going on for your child can be challenging. Downloadable worksheets included in your membership help you to communicate your child's needs, consolidate your understanding and can be passed on to schools, other family members or even your child.
Our 'Neurodiverse City' aims to connect parents, because loneliness and a sense of isolation is so common for parents of neurodivergent young people. We're aiming to bring you together in a safe space, where you can share experiences.
Doctor Jo believes every neurodivergent young person deserves to thrive. To do this support needs to be accessible and affordable. Our membership costs £20 per month or £140 per year, with a two week free cancellation option if you don't think it's for you.
