Doctor Jo provides tailored assessments and sessions for neurodivergent young people and adults.
Available in clinic, at home or online.
Our founder, Dr Jo Mathews, is a clinical psychologist who has worked for over ten years in various roles associated with neurodivergent people. Prior to moving to private practice, Jo was a clinical lead for Autism services in an NHS trust. Trained in both assessment of autism spectrum conditions and ADHD, Jo enjoys both offering diagnostic and therapeutic support, from her local clinic in Thame, Oxfordshire.
However, Dr Jo also wanted to provide a simple, affordable and effective way of sharing psychological support to everyone.
Our parenting plan membership service has:
No waiting lists.
No barriers.
No requirement for diagnosis to attend.
Just evidence-based, compassionate help; right now.
