This service provides screening for Autism Spectrum Condition and ADHD if you are considering assessment. Steph Watkins (Paediatric Nurse Specialist) provides a 30 minute observation of your child and screening questionnaires are reviewed by Dr Jo Mathews. 

This process is recommended if you are unsure about proceeding with a diagnostic assessment. We deduct the full cost of screening assessments from our diagnostic assessment if you do proceed with further assessment.

An in-depth assessment process, which provides a formulation (understanding) of your child's needs. These are provided for children who do not have a diagnosis and are presenting with challenges impacting behaviour or the child's mental health. 

Given our expertise in working with neurodivergent young people, we include screening for common diagnoses: Autism Spectrum Condition and ADHD. We will also monitor for dyslexia, DLD, and DCD.

Prior to starting therapeutic sessions, Doctor Jo meets with you, your child and provides a comprehensive formulation of your child's neurodivergent profile and recommendations to support their needs.
